*Please note that our online return policy may differ from our in-store policy. For all purchases made online you are acknowledging you understand the return policy stated below.
Playa Vida offers Credit/Exchange within 7 days of order receipt for regular priced merchandise, unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds.
All merchandise must have original tags/packaging attached, be unworn, unwashed, and free of any defects, stains or odours. If products were shipped in a supplier box (shoes), then items must be shipped back with the original packaging.
Store credit will be in the amount of the item returned, plus tax (if applicable), minus the cost of shipping (if applicable).
*shipping charges unfortunately cannot be refunded.
All sale items or items purchased with an online discount or during a promotion are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for credit or exchange.
International orders are also final sale!
Returns MUST be authorized before sending them back to us, please contact us prior to setup your return. We cannot guarantee if you send your item back to us without authorization that we will be able to offer an exchange/credit and shipping costs cannot be refunded.
